Semi-official Diagnosis

I took Ethan to the Pediatrician yesterday for an earache he was having and the doctor told me that he did in fact think that Ethan had some high functioning Asperger's Syndrome. He had thought that before but really wanted me to take him to a neurologist. His office is still working on that. It is the kind of situation where we know he has it, his pediatrician knows he has it, his teacher probably knows he has it. We just need a neurologists stamp of approval and we can get on with our lives. Slowly but surely everything is coming together. Thank you for all of your fasting and prayers.

I am glad that you have your pediatrician. Does this give you some idea of things you can do? Or do you need the official diagnosis to get him the help he needs? Everything will come together. We love you!

I really feel that the Lord put this good doctor in your life at this time. Our Ethan will get the help he needs, it's just around the corner. Meanwhile, we're keeping up with those prayers.

What a great doctor! But tell me, does he have an ear infection?

He has a sinus infection, and is taking amoxicilin now. He's recovering fast now. Thanks for asking!
